BestYou is featured on the Cologne List and thus meets the strict requirements for dietary supplements in sports.
Your patented, alkaline power drink.
BESTYOU is not an energy drink, but a patented mineral drink powder for the daily support of performance, focus, and recovery. The patented alkaline composition makes BESTYOU especially tooth-friendly. Fructose-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, and without artificial sweeteners. Well tolerated, even for nutrition-sensitive people. Quality that works and convinces.
BestYou with blackcurrant flavor is recommended for optimizing performance in recreational and elite sports, such as endurance sports, strength sports, building muscle, for recovery, etc.
Globally unique
BestYou Powerdrink is carbohydrate-optimized, hypotonic, slightly alkaline (pH 7.3), fructose-free, and caffeine-free. Thanks to its formula developed in coordination with sports physicians, it ensures excellent tolerance.
The slightly alkaline pH value provides protection against tooth enamel erosion and counteracts stomach overacidification. Being fructose-free, BestYou – as one of the few power drinks on the market – is also suitable for people with fructose intolerance. An optimal sodium content, the addition of essential micronutrients, and being completely non-carbonated round off this perfectly digestible power drink.
Application
Take 150 ml to 250 ml approximately 20 minutes before physical or mental activity.
Repeat every 60 minutes thereafter, depending on the duration and intensity of the exertion.

Nutrition Facts
Micronutrient Complex
BestYou contains valuable micronutrients that optimally support physical and mental performance by supplying essential vitamins and nutrients. The micronutrient complex ensures the best possible muscle function. Cells are protected from oxidative stress, and energy metabolism is optimized.
From a current nutritional and performance-enhancing perspective, the composition of BestYou is optimal for the human organism.
Optimal composition for extreme physical exertion
BestYou, the unique power drink with EU patent protection, provides you with optimal support in situations of extreme exertion, during training, and in competition.
It is the first drink of its kind to feature a slightly alkaline pH value and contains neither fructose nor artificial sweeteners. It is hypotonic and has an optimized carbohydrate content. Through its macro- and micronutrient complex, BestYou supports both physical and cognitive performance as well as recovery.
Generally, sports drinks should be within the isotonic or, ideally, the hypotonic range. Thus, in its hypotonic form, BestYou ensures optimal fluid intake and allows the body to be sufficiently hydrated.
High osmolality increases gastric and intestinal secretion, can delay gastric emptying, and may also reduce water absorption. In this regard, the choice of carbohydrates and calorie concentration is crucial, as high energy or carbohydrate content is usually associated with high osmolality. Therefore, during the development of BestYou, particular attention was paid to a well-tolerated composition.
Fructose-free & no sweeteners
BestYou is produced without the addition of fructose, sucrose (a disaccharide made of glucose and fructose), or sweeteners, making it ideal for individuals with fructose intolerance. The absence of fructose and sucrose ensures good gastrointestinal tolerance and, therefore, undisturbed high performance.
Free from artificial sweeteners
Sweeteners are currently highly controversial, and even the WHO advises against regular sweetener consumption. Discussions include negative changes to the microbiome caused by sweeteners, as well as their potential influence on the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus, the promotion of obesity, etc.
Fructose-free
To ensure high exogenous carbohydrate oxidation, common sports drinks are usually formulated on a fructose-glucose basis. However, due to the fruit sugar content, these drinks are often not well tolerated; even in completely healthy individuals, amounts as low as 35–50 g of fructose can lead to varying degrees of gastrointestinal distress, such as nausea, bloating, and abdominal pain, potentially leading to vomiting and diarrhea.
Excellent tolerance
Optimal Carbohydrate and Sodium Content
A major advantage of BestYou is its excellent tolerance: incorporating evidence-based recommendations, BestYou was developed as a power drink with optimal carbohydrate and sodium levels. Thus, BestYou – which contains maltodextrin and dextrose as carbohydrate sources – ensures optimal exogenous carbohydrate oxidation. Resistant dextrin positively influences the composition of the gut flora.
Carbohydrate Content in the Form of Maltodextrin, Dextrose, and Resistant Dextrin
The carbohydrate content ensures a constant blood glucose level, guaranteeing stable and long-lasting performance. High exogenous carbohydrate oxidation allows for savings in endogenous carbohydrate oxidation. This means the body can preserve its own energy reserves, maintaining performance levels for longer.
At low physical intensity, adequate carbohydrate intake increases muscle glycogen formation, which in turn spares liver glycogen. By supplying various types of carbohydrates, increased absorption and thus enhanced carbohydrate oxidation can be achieved. This measure is particularly beneficial during extremely long and intensive endurance activities.
An optimal carbohydrate content is of great importance for a sports drink that is not based on a glucose-fructose formula. Excessive carbohydrate content leads to delayed gastric emptying, which frequently causes gastrointestinal distress during exercise.
Sodium Content
The sodium levels are within the optimal range according to current scientific evidence.
The addition of sodium in combination with carbohydrates improves the absorption rate of fluids compared to pure water and serves more than just the replacement of electrolytes lost through sweating.
The benefits also include improved tolerance, the maintenance of the thirst mechanism (encouraging regular drinking), guaranteed increased fluid absorption from the digestive tract, and enhanced fluid retention. Furthermore, it serves to prevent hyponatremia—a low serum sodium concentration that can result from excessive intake of plain water.
Alkaline pH value
Slightly Alkaline pH Value (7.3)
BestYou is the only power drink on the market with a slightly alkaline pH value (7.3). This optimally supports the processes and functions of the human organism under exertion. It ensures both protection against tooth enamel erosion and excellent gastrointestinal tolerance.
Slightly Alkaline pH Value => Protection Against Tooth Enamel Erosion
To ensure good drinkability and a refreshing, fruity taste, common sports drinks contain various forms of acids, such as citric acid, ascorbic acid, malic acid, etc. Due to the acid content or the acidic pH value of these drinks, consumption leads to, among other things, additional acid stress on the stomach, a change in the oral environment, and consequently, a demineralization of the tooth enamel. BestYou is alkaline, avoiding this problem from the very beginning!
Excellent drinkability & non-carbonated
BestYou is dissolved in non-carbonated water. Carbonation can affect individuals very differently. It can significantly impact tolerance, trigger stomach irritation and heartburn, and often leads to bloating and a feeling of fullness—which is extremely counterproductive, especially during physical activity.
Through the targeted combination with maltodextrin as a carbohydrate, a moderately sweet taste is achieved. This ensures excellent drinkability of BestYou, even when consumed in larger quantities (750 ml/h).
Study
The effects of the BestYou drink were tested as part of a pilot study in cooperation with the Medical University of Graz and the FH Joanneum. During at least one hour of endurance training, 20 athletes with diagnosed fructose malabsorption tested the power drink for tolerance, effectiveness, and taste. In the final assessment conducted via questionnaire, all results proved to be very positive.
